Have you ever heard of the Tooth Fairy IndexDelta Dental tracks how much money the Tooth Fairy gives children when their baby teeth fall out.  According to the company's latest press release, the tooth fairy had to tighten her purse strings by 6% for the first time in 5 years, reducing the amount per tooth to US$5.84 or Cdn$7.89.
